• Needs assessment
• Performance-based objectives
• Instructional strategies and media

Your Education will include:
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree, e.g.
• Adult Education, HR, Instructional Design and Technology)

Your Experience will include:
• 3 years as an instructional designer
• Interactive tools, e.g. Dreamweaver, Flash and Photoshop
